A native of Colorado, Elise has always been the friend with that you feel comfortable spilling your guts. From a young age, people sought her out as a trusted confidant, someone who was good at listening. Her work as an Aesthetician is a natural extension of this gift. Asking for that embarrassing ‘there’ to be sugared or indulging in a spa treatment can be a vulnerable experience, and many of us have hang-ups about our looks. Elise has a way about her that puts you at ease.  

Elise earned her Master Aesthetician license in 2009. She has experience as an Aesthetics instructor and holds certifications with PhiBrows for Microblading, Borboleta Beauty as a Lash Artist, and Tamara’s Sugar as a Sugarist. She founded her business Sugah Mama Beauty in Kailua- Kona, HI in 2016. She cherishes her relationships with long-term clients on the Big Island, many of which have become good friends.  

When she’s not making people feel beautiful, she enjoys downtime in the ocean, anything active, traveling, and spending time with her daughter Willow.
